Check out the Health and Fitness Expo at its new location in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, located at 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW, Washington, DC with easy access to Metro. Take the yellow or green Metro lines to the Mt. Vernon Square/7th Street station and support the MCM's green initiatives. |

Runners will need to retrieve race materials at Packet Pick-up, part of the MCM Health and Fitness Expo. The packet includes the participant bib number, D-tag and UPS baggage claim sticker. Participants will also receive their coveted mock neck shirt and goodie bag containing safety pins, a commemorative MCM patch and special giveaways. |

Be the first runner in line at the Health and Fitness Expo on October 23 and receive one of the 34 special ‘super-sized’ goodie bags during the opening ceremonies, beginning at 8:30 a.m. The bag is filled with great products from MCM sponsors and licensees like a free pair of Brooks shoes. Thirty-three additional super-sized goodie bags will be given at random throughout Packet Pick-up on October 23-24. |
