Registration Is Now Closed!


MCM Registration is closed out in just 2 weeks!  Know someone who still wants to run? A limited number of entries remain available through the MCM Charity Partner program.

I’m registered. Now what?

Registered? Great! Be sure to retain the confirmation email you received upon completion of the registration process. You will need this to download your E-confirmation card from the MCM website later this summer.  The E-confirmation card is necessary for retrieving race materials at Packet Pick-up, part of the MCM Health and Fitness Expo.

Let the MCM help with your training!  Registered runners are invited to sign up for the free Virtual Trainer, designed by Coach Jeff Galloway.

Deferment Policy

Registered but unable to participate in the 2007 event? You can defer your entry until 2008.  Simply download the form and submit to the MCM by October 5, 2007.

MCM Health and Fitness Expo

Extended to three days, the Health and Fitness Expo presented by CVS Caremark offers more than 200 vendor booths with everything a runner could need related to health, fitness, nutrition, running and more!

Carb-load for Race Day with the MCM

A quick and easy carb-filled meal, check out the Pasta Mess Tent located at the DC Armory, near the Health and Fitness Expo.  Or enjoy a more formal evening of entertainment and delicious food at the MCM Carbo Dining In on Saturday, October 27 at 6:15 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitiol Hill.

Fitness for the Family

Make race weekend an event for the whole family.  Children ages 6-13 can register for the Healthy Kids Fun Run, presented by The Washington Post, at its new location, the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.  Other family members can take part in the MCM10K Registration for both events is now available.

Volunteer at the MCM

Family members and friends can get in on the MCM fun by volunteering. Volunteers assist in a variety of locations including water points and the finish area. Trained medical personnel are also needed.

Survey of the Month

Share your thoughts with the MCM.  This month, give your feedback about the registration process!
