Adding More than 3 Images to your Home Page

Would you like to add more than three images to your home page? You can add a news article to your site (within the News folder in Admin) and select it to display on the front page. You can also use HTML to reference your uploaded images. The image will then display wherever you'd like on the page.

Code to Display Images:
Use the code below and replace items in red with your information.
<img src="http://www.eteamz.com/sitename/images/imagename.jpg">

You can locate the file name within the Images section of your Uploads folder. The image name you will use displays within the parenthesis next to the name you gave the file when uploading. Be sure that the image name and your web address (the red text) match exactly for it to work.

Copy and paste the code into your welcome message wherever you'd like the image to display. If you're using the old HTML/EZ Mode version, paste into the large text body of your welcome message. Click the HTML icon if you're using the new EZ Mode and have a PLUS site.

Scheduling Tournaments

Many of you would like to schedule a tournament on your site. The best way to do this is by following the instructions below:

You can enter a team in the Teams folder called 'TBA'.
Then enter your first tournament game with Your Team vs. TBA.
Enter the name of the tournament in the "Game Name" box on the template.
Once you play the game, go back and edit (Games folder) the TBA team to the team you actually played and delete the text in the "Game Name" box. If you don't delete the Game Name, it will override seeing the score on the main schedule page and calendar when you post the score.

If you want to keep the tournament stats separate from regular season games, create a second schedule for tourney games by clicking the Schedule folder, Games folder then the 'add/edit schedules' link in the upper right.

Difference Between "invited" and "member" in the Members Folder

If you add a member with an email address that's already a registered eteamz user, you'll see the word "member" behind their name in your Members folder.

When you add a totally new name with an email that isn't an eteamz user yet, it will show the word "invited" behind their name in the Member folder. As soon as the person logs in for the first time, completes their registration AND also visits a members only page (either on your site or on eteamz such as the message boards) the word "invited" will change to "member."
