Yoga and Pilates Fusion

About This Activity

This class combines together yoga and pilates. Yoga benefits your mind and your body by helping you to shed unwanted pounds, heal old injuries, detoxify the body, and allows for muscular balance. Through pilates moves you will shape your body with deep muscle toning exercises done on a mat on the floor. Exercises focus on the abs, hips, and buttocks. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
