Introduction to Tae Kwon Do

About This Activity

For students who have already taken the introduction to Tae Kwon Do, this 4 week session is for you. Class structure teaches discipline, self-control, and respect with a reward system that improves self-esteem. Activities channel hyperactivity and increase concentration. Classes encourage assertiveness and discourage aggressiveness. This program teaches lifetime self defense skills and instructors offer models of good character.
