Group Cycling is a 45 minute exercise class done on a stationary bike and taught by a motivating instructor. Combining energizing music with a unique workout will strengthen the heart and lungs while burning calories. Class will simulate an outdoor ride that, together, you will travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can ride even when it?s raining or snowing outside! Bring a water bottle and hand towel to class. All classes require pre-registration, with a minimum met by 7pm the evening before the class begins. Any class cancelled due to lack of enrollment will result in a full refund. Registration is for the entire session and if you miss a class it can be made up within 3 months, simply schedule your make-up to ensure an open bike.
