Tae Kwon Do is the Korean martial art that uses a balanced mix of blocks, punches, and kicks. it is both a sport and an art that teaches self defense skills while building strong, flexible bodies and improving mental discipline. Activities channel hyperactivity and increase concentration. Classes encourage assertiveness and discourage aggressiveness. This program teaches lifetime self defense sills and instructors offer models of good character. Fee includes martial art uniform for new students only.
