About This Activity

A fun and intense workout that takes place on a specialized stationary bike.  Participate in a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders.  Burn calories with our staff of experienced and trained instructors who will motivate and lead you through each ride.

 *Registration minimums must be met by 7:00pm the evening before sessions begins, so sign up early!
