The objective of this 6-session course is to familiarize the students with different ways to paint watercolors. Suitable for beginning or continuing artists. Taught by Priscilla Levesque 6 Classes Recommended supplies to bring to class: Always buy artist grade, not student grade. The proper materials will give better results. . W/C paint: cadmium yellow light [or aureolin yellow], cad. red light, alizarin crimson, phthalo green, cobalt blue, ultramarine blue, Paynes grey, raw umber, yellow ochre. . Drawing board, about 18” x 18” (we have if you do not) . Watercolor paper, at least 140 lb. Hot press or cold press. For the first class bring one each of 12” x 12, 6” x 13” and 9” x 12”. . Masking tape, sketch pad 5” x 8”, assorted brushes, palette knife, plastic palette with cover, water container, paper towels, assorted pencils, kneaded eraser, pencil sharpener or knife. .
