A one month-long SUP training clinic designed to improve your paddling skills and endurance. Led by Nikki Gregg—a certified SUP “Master Instructor”. The clinics will combine advanced paddling skills, river safety, and dryland training. Participants will spend one day in the CrossFit Hood River gym and one day on the water at the Hood River Event Site, with the option of one additional paddle session most weeks. The workouts are designed to accommodate all fitness and skill levels.
