17 weeks of guided hikes around Beaver Brook Trails, So. NH conservation areas and some in north central MA. Fitness Walking or hiking is one of the best activities we can do for ourselves--for maintaining or improving physical and mental health. We will be walking at a moderately fast pace 2.5 miles per hour for 2 hours. We do stop to enjoy natural phenomena too from time to time. This is a great regular opportunity to fight seasonal affective disorder and to work up a sweat and some great endorphins.
