Middle school performance training is provided by ETS Holland at the high school weight room for 6th, 7th and 8th graders who are not in a winter I sport for session A OR not in a winter II sport for session B. The sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (3pm-3:45pm) for 6 weeks before Christmas (session A) and 7 weeks after Christmas (session B). The focus of the training is on form and body movement through appropriate conditioning activities for middle school students. They will be more prepared and ready for high school performance training after completion. These sessions are for Holland Christian and Zeeland Christian students and are offered free of charge. With only meeting 2x/week, a commitment to both is important for the development of each athlete. There is a limit of 30 students per session.
