About This Organizer

The Infant class is designed to help parents and children become more comfortable together in water through songs and play. Parents learn safety and teaching skills to help acclimatize their child into the aquatic environment.

The Tykes class is designed to help children become more comfortable and gain confidence in the water. The instructor will work with parents and their children to teach basic swimming skills such as arm movements, kicking, front floating, getting face wet, opening eyes underwater, as well as personal and pool safety skills.

Infant & Tyke Lessons

CHILD MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPERS AND BE ACCOMPANIED BY A GUARDIAN IN THE WATER.


 

Childrens Lessons


 
Levels 1 - 5 cover many challenging skills. Learning to swim is a valuable lifesaving skill and lesson. Overcoming fear of the water is the main emphasis of the beginner classes and may take time. Complete mastery of any level may require that students take the courses more than once and practice frequently outside of class time under adult supervision.
