About This Activity

Fun, engaging, fast moving and effective and works because it provides social support for those taking part.  Get Fit in 30 Boot Camp includes specific fitness instruction, nutrition coaching and motivational training.

Training combines running, interval training and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular strength, increase strength and just get you  into a routine of regular exercise.
