Experience working from the inside out and develop a better understanding of how your body works. Increase core strength, flexibility of the spine. Improve posture, body alignment and the mind-body connection. Learn how to use the stability ball, weights, resistance tubing and bands and "gliding" to take your workout to the next level. The result will be a healthy body, inside and out, that will last a lifetime. Please bring a mat to each class. For greater flexibility you now have the option of signing up for one or two days a week. If you sign up for one day a week you may attend either class.
