About This Activity

LITTLE TIKE YOGA Ages 3-5
This class is designed to bring joyful and imaginative movement together to create successful play experiences while enhancing health, social development and confidence.
Class includes three major sections: Greeting/Centering-Beginning with movements to stretch and awaken muscles with movement and breath; Core of Class-Themed sequences of interactive energizing games, stories and music integrating yoga postures that help children learn to listen, follow directions, improve balance, strength and flexibility while having lots of fun; Relaxation-Poses to encourage self awareness and incorporate calming techniques.
