What's Included

In this ten-week course you will learn safe and effective weight training exercises using weight machines, free weights, resistance bands, and the resist-a-ball. Learn to challenge yourself in your workouts. Watch your strength and energy levels increase. One of my goals is to instill confidence in my students to be able to workout in any gym or at home. This class is for all fitness levels. Limited to 10 students. Students 18 years or younger must register with a parent. Register early!! *Drop-ins welcome starting October 8th - $12/class Trainer: Marsha Eaton
