\nRetreat to Be You at Your Best \nGive yourself time to find balance, explore yoga and embrace peace on January 1 at Illuminate You: A Holistic Yoga Retreat held at Green Yoga House in West Des Moines. With an emphasis on proper alignment, energetic actions, use of props and modifications, you will find a yoga practice to be accessible and empowering. I, Lynn Marie, believe in your ability to choose what serves you best on and off the mat. It is truly your practice. We will explore various yoga practices including physical poses, meditation and breath exercises and end with a sweet treat. \nYou will find that this retreat nourishes and revitalizes your body, spirit and mind like an extended Savasana. Group size is limited. New and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome. Please contact me with any questions. \nThe study of yoga began as a dialogue between teacher and student. To honor that tradition, I work with individuals to create a practice that makes sense for your body and level of experience.
