About This Activity

The safe, gentle, controlled movements of yoga adapt to all needs and abilities. Learn breathing exercises, seated postures and relaxation techniques that focus on movement and flexibility of the back and limbs. The instructor is a trained chiropractor who has taught yoga for many years and is skilled at working with older adults and students or all levels. The Wednesday class is a primarily seated class; the Friday class is primarily floor work.
