This yoga class is designed for pregnant women (or those trying to conceive). Those new to yoga are welcome. Emphasis will be placed on using yoga poses to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Students will practice standing and seated poses as well as breathing techniques appropriate for pregnancy at all stages. Benefits include physical and emotional well-being as well as an easier and more comfortable birth. Students should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. It is also okay to have a light snack prior to class (fruit, cheese). Mats and props provided. You can also purchase a 10 class card for $120 which can be used for any Hot Box Yoga class.
