About This Activity

Cardio Pilates - Beginning/Intermediate Class will begin with a cardio segment incorporating Pilates based exercises into the workout. The second half of class will be mat Pilates exercises focusing on the core of your body, strengthening your lower back and improving your posture. The class is designed for both beginning and intermediate students, the instructor will teach at an intermediate level and show modifications. This is an excellent class for those looking to strengthen their abs and glutes as well as achieve an overall stronger core. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Pilates Sculpt with Weights! - Intermediate/Advanced Class will begin with a warm up weights segment incorporating Pilates breath & control into the workout. The second half of class will be mat Pilates exercises focusing on the core of your body, strengthening your lower back and improving your posture. This is a class for students that have practiced Pilates before, and will be taught at an intermediate/advanced level. This is an excellent class for those looking to challenge themselves, as well as to further their strength and knowledge of Pilates. You will get an excellent workout while strengthening your core, as well as increasing your flexibility. Please bring 3-8 lb hand held weights, a yoga mat and water.
