This course is designed to provide a complete fitness class to active seniors including information on nutrition, sleep, and other health related issues. The exercises will include warm-up, aerobics, weight training, stretching, balance, and relaxation. This program will also be focused on learning mnemonic devices, skills and strategies for adapting to the changes in brain function, mentally challenging and creative activities that stimulate all parts of the brain.
