Advanced, dynamic, balance and stability training with beginner-level athletic training. Jackie brings you her unique approach and proven method to increase your agility at any age. Prerequisites: Minimum 1 month of continuous Beginner Balance&Agility. Must be able to run, jump, and land safely.
