Description
This race is sponsored by the Marshall Square Milers running club. Proceeds from the race, as well as donations, will be used to create much needed walking/running/biking trails for our town.
On the second Saturday of each month from March through November, craftsmen, artists, and other vendor exhibit and sell their wares along North Washington in downtown Marshall. Come and browse for that special gift, unique items and sometimes fresh produce. (Vendors always welcomed. Contact the Convention & Visitors Bureau for exhibit information.) This event is hosted by the Main Street Association.
Marshall Main Street Cruise night begins at 5 PM. See an array of vintage to new automobiles that the whole family can enjoy. Or, if you want to show your pride and joy automobile, come on down theres no entry fees. Free admission for everyone. Hosted by Backroads Bunch of East Texas. Vendors are invited to stay all day long through the evening, but there is no requirement for how long you show and sell.

Event schedule and times
Early packet pick-up will be held at the court house from 5-7pm Sept 7th. Packet pick-up and check-in begins at 6am raceday at the court house. Race starts will be staggered with the half marathon 8am and 5k 8:10am. Please visit the event website listed below to register.
