Brief Description:
The 2nd Annual Francis Marion Dirt Dash Half Marathon & 5K Run/Walk will take place in the Francis Marion National Forest. Participants will gather at the Sewee Visitors Center prior to entering the forest. Once in the forest, participants will be corralled based on the event that they are participating in. Half Marathon participants will start at 7:00AM followed by the 5k Run/Walk participants. A portion of the proceeds from the event help support the Mount Pleasant Fire Departments Wildland Firefighting Program.
