These motivating and challenging cycling workouts blend all the elements you need to develop faster cycling. Improve your leg speed, cycling strength, muscular endurance. and aerobic capacity in a structured interval-based class. These are BYOBaT (bring your own bike and trainer) workouts that will allow you to practice your own bike position for maximum results.
Post-Cycling Brick Runs: Weather permitting, athletes training for duathlons or triathlons are encouraged to follow the Tri Faster Cycling class with a brick run (of ~30:00 at your own speed) onlow-traffic roads in nearby Whitnall Park. There is no additional charge for the brick run. Train with others this off season to fill your 2013 race season with personal bests.
Don't Think You Are Fit Enough? These workouts are intended for athletes of all abilities as you can adjust your effort level to your current fitness level and race goals. If you are building up to two hours, you can always start the ride and finish early as needed with the goal of building your endurance as the session progresses.
