Tone Your Asana
Muscle meets Yoga in this toning, total body workout! This class will combine the use of light free weights, cardio, with traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures to help build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism. Class is set to fun, energizing music! Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water for your convenience. Weights will be provided.
