Boot Camp, Partial Class

About This Activity

Fitness Boot Camp will include strength, interval, endurance, circuits, ply metrics and much more.  Camp will be ever changing and a fun atmosphere to get in shape.  Modified exercises can be given so those of all fitness levels are welcome.  All you need to bring is yourself, a towel or mat, water and even a friend. The parital class price is for 5 classes.
