Program Goals & Objectives:The Greenville Recreation and Parks Tot Lot program's primary purpose will be to provide safe and fun recreational activities for children ages 4 &5. Each camp will focus on these primary goals: 1. Assist each camper in reaching their highest potential during activities.2. Improve camper's awareness of recreation3. Provide a safe, healthy environment for the children and the staff.4. Promote the development of positive social skills5. Promote the development of positive communication skills6. Provide games to improve the individual team building skills7. Improve on the development of independency and self disciplineAttendance Policy:All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian. Children will not be allowed to attend camp if they are not properly signed in by a parent or guardian.***PLEASE NOTE: If there are any special circumstances regarding your child(ren), please notify the Supervisor of Tot Lot camp by calling 252-329-4269.Payment plan participants: The minimum program deposit of $25 is non-refundable. Full payment is due before or on June 7, 2013 for all camps. There will not be any payment reminders or billings. **Medication Policy:If your child has to take medication during the course of the camp day, please be sure that the proper forms are filled out and returned to the camp supervisor on the first day of camp. These forms are available at registration and at our Jaycee Park Administrative Offices.Please have your child bring his or her mediciane everyday.No exceptions!!!PAYMENT PLAN for Summer Camps Summer of 20131. Registration begins at 8:00am on March 18, 2013 Registrations will be taken at the recreation centers as well as online at www.grpd.info. The payment plan is not an option for online registrations. Program space is limited.2. The program registration form and payment plan form must be completed, signed and submitted at time of registration. 3. A $25 non-refundable deposit for each session, per child, is due at time of registration. The deposit is applied towards the registration fee for the session. The balance for the session is due at least two weeks prior to the beginning of each camp session. Any participants whose balances are not paid in full two weeks prior to the session will forfeit their deposit and their spot in that session. Forfeiture of deposit also is a forfeiture of the ability to use the payment plan for the remainder of the summer. 4.Sessions may be transferred if written notice is given by the Wednesday prior to the session beginning and the vacated spot can be filled off of the waiting list. Transfers are subject to availability.5.All cancellations and refund requests for registrations made through the payment plan must be submitted in writing and turned into the administrative office at Jaycee Park. The balance, minus the $25 non-refundable weekly deposit may be refunded or credited to the account if request is granted.--Thank you for your cooperation
