Enjoy the benefits of cross-training every week with two triathlon disciplines built into each class. Alternate between swim/bike, bike/run, and run/swim workouts over the course of each session. This class is appropriate for triathletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to add some fun, variety, and challenge to their training. Workouts will be held on the spin bikes and treadmills (or running outside for the hardy) and in the WAC indoor pool.
