About This Activity

Join Tri Faster Coaches Kim Kelley and Anna Federspiel (both Ironman finishers), for an action packed 90-minute workout. Combine 40-45 minutes of purposeful cycling workouts with coach-directed swim training in the pool.

These workouts are designed for multi-sport athletes of all abilities and anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of cross training:

  • build your aerobic capacity
  • develop your cycling specific strength and leg speed
  • make your swimming more efficient
  • improve your swimming speed and stamina

Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim at least 4 lengths of the pool non-stop (any speed or stroke).
