Combine 40-45 minutes of purposeful cycling workouts with coach-directed swim training in the pool.These workouts are designed for multi-sport athletes of all abilities and anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of cross training:

- develop your cycling specific strength and leg speed
- make your swimming more efficient
- improve your swimming speed and stamina
Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim at least 4 lengths of the pool non-stop (any speed or stroke).
