About This Activity

This is not an aerobic class. Rather it is a fitness program that incorporates muscle strenghtening and conditioning with stretching to achieve a stron toned body. The use of Resist-A-Balls adn a variety of resistance equiptment make this class fun and challenging. Class cumulates with 5-7 minutes of relaxation to make it a Total Body Workout.
