Experience the latest innovative exercise program. Punk rope is a playful cross between recess adn boot camp. In this alternative fitness class, you will engage in jump roping, creative calisthenics, fitness games, relay races, and training. The benefits include improved heart and lungs, increased bone density, reduced fat, increased strength, improved agility and coordination, improved mood and decreased stress. Simply put, Punk Ropers have more fun! Program fee includes a jump rope. Please bring a yoga mat.
