About This Activity

The TBF Training Women';s Triathlon Class is great for anyone wishing to complete their first or best triathlon finish. The Class includes swim/bike/run clinics, informational seminars, written training plans, fun group workouts, and also included is FREE entry into the graduation race, the Women';s Triathlon Festival Sprint or Super SprintTriathlon at Rancho Seco Park on September 7th. In addition, you will meet new people/establish new training partners, get great workouts done, and have fun doing it, guaranteed!


•Professional triathlon coaching

•Swim, bike, and run Clinics: Learn proper form/technique and improve your efficiency in each sport

•Open water swim: Learn how to swim mile in the open water with confidence

•Bike skills clinic and coached rides: Learn how to ride a bike like the Pros and get real-time feed-back at each Coached ride

•Bike and run brick workouts: Learn how to run effectively after biking

•Practice triathlon race/transition practice: Learn how to execute your swim-bike + bike-run transitions and test out your pacing strategies

Event schedule and times

The Class begins on Monday, July 22 at Beals Point, Folsom Lake with a swim workout beginning at 6 pm.


Drop in at any of the workouts the first week of class to ';test-out'; the class and the Women';s Triathlon Class with Total Body Fitness.
