ZUMBA uses a mix of Latin and International music to create a dynamic, fun, and effective cardio workout.  Designed to utilize an interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt the body.

Burn 500-800 calories an hour, tone muscles, relieve stress, elevate self-esteem, and increase confidence.  Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and towel.
