BellyTek & Fitness (all levels)
A class for beginning levels and continuing dancers advancing their dance with belly dance technique. Learn and practice shimmies, arm, hip & isolation work as well as combinations. Belly dance is a great low impact core workout building balance, posture, muscle control and flexibility. Bring water & a smile.
