About the SDCMOA The San Diego County Motor Officer's Association, Inc. was founded in 1981 and incorporated as a charitable 501c(3) organization under Internal Revenue Service regulations. The Association consists of present and past, active duty and retired Motorcycle Officer in the County of San Diego. The Association was formed for the purpose of professional improvement and social and recreational enjoyment of all present and past law enforcement motorcycle officers in the County of San Diego. The association also provides a means by which to educate the public of the contribution of the Motorcycle Officer in keeping the peace and providing for public safety. Each year the Association hosts events such as the annual May "Law Enforcement Breakfast" and the "Terry Bennett Memorial Police Motorcycle Training and Competition." These events have had a positive impact on the community and the law enforcement family.
