Created by former Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) patient Ben Sater in 2003, KidSwing has shown phenomenal growth since its inception. With no registration fee for players, kids are encouraged to raise money for the hospital through donations from friends and family. In 2008 a second KidSwing tournament was started in McKinney. To date, KidSwing Dallas and McKinney tournaments have raised more than $802,000 for TSRHC.
