All of us know what Southern Cooking is like, but have you sampled dishes from The Low Country? This unique area consists of about 90 miles of Carolina Coast, including Savannah, Charleston and Hilton Head. The dishes are somewhat different with spicing and preparation - and very tasty! In this hands-on class, make Spicy Shrimp and Grits; Hoppin' John; Sweet Potato Pone; and Benne Wafers. Material fee due at class. Registration: 410-313- 7275.
