Floor, Core and More Exercise

About This Activity

Floor, Core, and more focuses on giving you a total-body workout with attention to your core. You will use weights, resistance bands, and an exercise ball as well as your own body for resistance. The class is a fun, energetic way to get stronger and healthier. Wear supportive athletic shoes and bring a mat, water, and small towel. Please bring 3-5 pound dumbbells. (No class July 4)
