Looking for a fun and effective workout challenge? We blast through an hour combining kickboxing, step, slide, BOSU, free weights, Swiss ball, medicine balls...nothing is off limits. If it works the body safely and in a challenging way, we do it. No matter your fitness level, you will see improvement in your cardio fitness, muscle strength, balance, and flexibility.
