An intense yet playful 45 minute workout for all levels that will boost your fitness level no matter what your starting point. A fun way to exercise with friends, learn new methods and share health related information. Each class will begin with an all-important warm-up, continue with cardio, strength and core circuits designed to rev your metabolism, improve balance and strengthen muscles without weights. We will conclude with eccentric stretches and share one health related topic.
