This 90-minute orientation is lead by a certified personal trainer and designed to educate individuals new to strength training. This session will include an overview of the cardiovascular and strength training machines. Group will meet outside of the weight room in the lobby. Certified Instructor/Trainer lead orientation on weight, cardio and free weight equipment. Class is held for approximately 90 minutes.
