Mountain Hardwear Women's Tambora Gene Pant

Great fit--I bought 2 pairs! I'm 5'5" and 135 lbs. They're about an inch too long but I'm used to hemming things. Very comfortable and looks good with hiking shoes or dressier shoes.

Comfy pants
These pants are lightweight and very comfortable. The material is really soft as well. I am 5ft 4in and the length is perfect on me. The waist comes up a little high but that is just my personal opinion. Otherwise, I love these pants!

can dress these up or down
Very comfortable, perfect fit through thighs for different activities including long walks. The waist is roomy- a small space in the bag from the cut - but easily fixed with a belt. I am 5'10" and 165 lbs, and the size 12 long is roomy throughout on me, a little too long, but the regular are too short. Not a regular hem- has kind of a rough edge vs. the usual, nice touch so I may just leave them a bit long. Espresso color very nice! Happy with these.

good fit except for large waist
I love the fact that these pants come in "long" length (the usual 32" is too short for my long-ish legs)--so kudos to Mountain Hardware for that--and the overall fit & comfort here are wonderful...but for some reason, at least in the size 8s I got, the waist seems awfully large, gaping in the back such that I need to wear a belt to close the gap! So, I gave 4 of 5 stars for the weird waist sizing (I don't have this problem with other pants). Still...if they came in colors other than white, I'd probably buy another pair. And a decent belt.
