I have worn these pants every day and washed them every day for 2 weeks. They are now barely broken in. No loose buttons or open seams or ripped knees. I am very rough on clothes. These pants can take a beating! I am 5'2", 115lbs. The size two fits with plenty of room for tights or long underwear underneath. They kept me warm for 8 to 10 hour days in 15 to 30 degree weather. Even though they are thick, they are soft and have a farely flattering female shape to them. Plenty of pockets without a lot of bulge.

HEAVY duty pants for Colorado winters!
Altrec is always very quick on the delivery...so that is great. I'm 5'4" and weigh 135-140. I ordered 10 x 32. They were too big. Reordered 8x30, still a little big but doable. I want the option of wearing light jeans or heavy thermals under them. The price was great too. The quality is very good. The legs zip up the sides with snaps at the bottom. The quilted inside is a substantial weight. These will probably last a very long time! I'm going to wash them several times to try and soften them up and break them in a little bit. Should be very useful in our Colorado winters! I'm very please with the purchase. *Note: I accidentally put this review under the wrong pants before. I was also very pleased with the Carhartt canvas jeans as well! True to size and very comfortable.

I bought these pants for the snow and I was not disappointed. They kept me warm and dry. Loved the look of them also. Very true to size.
