Great pants! I found they fit true to size, maybe a little big in the waist. They were super comfortable, and kept me warm in Lake Placid. I also got a ton of compliments on how great they looked!

great for slim girls, but not tall
I am 6 tall with a 29 waist (prefer 35 inseam in jeans but can sometime wear a 34). I ordered size 7 and 5 based on Burtons size chart and another reviewer on the Burton website who is also 6' tall. And they at least offer some cuter colors in longer womens options. Both sizes were returned so cannot comment on performance but Burton always rocks! The size 7 was almost long enough if you dont mind the pants sitting on top of your boot (say dork) but huge in the waist. The size 5 was perfect in the waist but the 33.5 inseam was too short. Great that Burton are finally trying longer inseams (that can also be hemmed if you're not long & lean). But unfortunately even their tall/long inseams are still not long enough for tall slim builds! Maybe they will offer custom length options some day (hint hint). If built like me try 686 Smartys Tall Womens Cargo Pant, approx. 34 inseam. Much better

About what I expected
The pants were for my girl. They fit her length wise, but the waist was a little big as some other people have said. Very light, will need layers on cold days. Advise, Grab a belt and some hot chilis and go!
