Better than Lululemon!
I'm 5'7 and about 135 pounds. I bought the size small which fit perfectly. I usually wear a medium in yoga type pants, but I followed the sizing guidelines and I'm glad I did. These are super comfy pants that are buttery soft. I have a couple of Lulu pants which I am disappointed with as they are kind of scratchy when you run your hands along them and pick up dog hair (I have 2 goldens so this is a problem!). These arcteryx pants feel smooth to the touch and any dog hair they happen to pick up just brushes right off. After a day of wear, they look like they haven't even been worn. Now that I know how wonderful they are, I'm trying to track down the capris as well!
