Are you on a serious Health Journey? Do you want to prevent and stop the progression of or reverse disease in your body, while optimizing your healthiest weight at the same time? Wellness 101 is a science-based class teaching you how to find your optimal health and wellness through your diet and lifestyle. You will learn the right diet for humans, the role of macronutrients and the amounts needed in your diet, why genetics are not the primary determinant of health, why incremental change will not solve our health problems, what constitues an effective exercise program , how to plan meals and chose the right foods, the impact of dairy on our health, and why you shouldn't rely on isolated vitamin pills to "fill the gap, " and SO MUCH MORE!! Session II meets November 5, 12, 19, 26 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm- Dinner is provided for each class!Registration Deadline: October 22nd
