About This Activity

Nov.10, 17, 24 and Dec.1 from 5:00pm-6:30pmUBE offers four training sessions that will develop the fundamentals of hitting while improving the athleticism of each player. The UBE staff will teach the five parts of hitting, the difference between rotational and linear hitting, and drills to become an elite level player.The agility and strength component of the sessions will include a variety of drills and games to improve athleticism.

The training program is tailored to players looking to develop their skills for the spring season.
