Swim Course: 1 miThe swim in beautiful Old Hickory Lake will be a mass start and consist of two, counter clockwise loops around 4 buoys.Bike Course: 20 milesThe bike course will be five, super fast, circuit-style laps inside Lock 4 Park. Each Lap will be 4 miles and take 20-25 minutes.Run Course: 6 milesThe run course will be three circuit style laps within the park. Each lap will be 2 miles and will feature newly cut trails along the edge of the lake.
